approximately 100 employees at offices and facilities in North Vancouver, B.C., Canada and
Houston, Texas. The company designs and manufactures complex underwater work
systems including the new U.S. Navy submarine rescue system and has provided
engineering services to Clean Current Power Systems of Vancouver on their tidal energy
demonstration project installed at the Race Rocks Ecological Reserve off Vancouver Island.
